FFmpeg runtime distribution notice

MP4ToMP3.tools distributes an unmodified browser runtime assembled from these
exact npm packages:

- @ffmpeg/ffmpeg 0.12.15 (MIT)
- @ffmpeg/util 0.12.2 (MIT)
- @ffmpeg/core 0.12.10 (GPL-2.0-or-later)

The three small Worker support modules and the core JavaScript/WebAssembly
files are copied byte-for-byte from those installed packages. Their sizes and
SHA-256 digests are recorded in release-manifest.json and sbom.spdx.json.

The core was built by the upstream ffmpeg.wasm project with --enable-gpl and
with GPL and other third-party libraries, including x264, x265 and
libmp3lame. The resulting core is distributed under GPL-2.0-or-later. Complete
license texts and component notices accompany this file in LICENSES/ and
THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt.

The Corresponding Source inventory also includes the Emscripten 3.1.40
runtime/system-library source and the SDL 2.24.2 port linked by the upstream
build, plus emsdk 3.1.40 as toolchain provenance.

Corresponding Source, fixed upstream revisions, build configuration,
retrieval instructions and the retention policy are described in SOURCE.txt,
BUILD.txt and release-manifest.json. MP4ToMP3.tools did not patch or rebuild
the npm runtime; local changes are limited to versioned packaging and
integrity verification as documented in MODIFICATIONS.txt.

This notice does not state that codec or patent obligations have received
professional legal approval. That review remains required before production
distribution.
